"No Pleasure in a Good Man Losing His Job"

[SIZE=3:0b829740]We have to say that Tony would not have been everyones first choice to be manager, but once in the job he received the support of the majority of fans; but as time wore on you begin to wonder if it was too big a job for Tony. I also thought that his laid back attitude did not sit well with the fans; Im sure big Tony was hurting; he just didnt show it in a way that other managers do.[/SIZE:0b829740]
Re: "No Pleasure in a Good Man Losing His Job"
At times, his tactics, subs and body language frustrated the life out of me. Unfortunately we just couldn't achieve the consistency that helps the confidence, hence the results, grow.
I wish Tony Mowbray and his family the best for the future.
I will be supporting and wishing Neil Lennon the very best, and ....hopefully Mjallby.... be still my beating heart... for the remainder of the season
I just hope that the Board tackle the search and subsequent appointment of the main man a lot better this time.

i am not privy to the terms of his contract, or what deal if any was done for the termination of that deal. i do think Tony Mowbray is a decent human being, i think he got a lot of things wrong in the job in relation to signings and tactic's etc, but i also seen the hurt in the mans face and thats something i dont like to see anyone going through, we must move on and so must he.

Are you suggesting Celtic should start renegeing on Contracts they agree to with any member of staff or player for that matter?
I didn't here much being said about MO'N getting a wage from Celtic right up to the day he signed on at Villa, after walking out on the Club, money he was perfectly entitled to, for the same reason Tony is due his, it was in the contract that Celtic agreed to when he took the job.
Infact MO'N was responsible for the ludicrous contract that was given to big Bobo, again Celtic agreed to it at the time, so the big man was due what was agreed, but then MO'N walked out he left Celtic to carry the can.
I didn't see him coming in for him the way he did with Petrov and Maloney!
You would have though that if he thought so much of him as a player, to offer him such a contract at Celtic, he would have been top of his shopping list the minute he took the Villa job, which obviously wasn't the case!
The huns are a club who rip off investors and renege on contracts and agreements with banks, which anyother company would be chrged with fraud for, which loaning money from a bank in the full knowledge you have no intention of paying back, knowing you don't have the finaces to do so is, fraud.
We are Celtic, we're different from them, we pay our debts, and investors make a profit, which makes it a well run business.
